1. Introduction
Welcome to DigitalGeniusLab. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the contracting of our tech support and IT maintenance services. By subscribing to any of our plans (Zen Start, Zen Plus, Zen Ultimate), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
DigitalGeniusLab LLC provides remote technical support, system optimization, security setup, and preventive maintenance. We commit to delivering these services with the utmost diligence and professionalism.
- The service is delivered primarily remotely.
- Response times depend on the plan you subscribed to.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing data loss or hardware failures (physical parts).
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Services are billed annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the customer cancels before the renewal date. Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Currency and payment processor: DigitalGeniusLab LLC is a U.S. company. Prices are shown in euros for customer convenience; Stripe handles settlement with our U.S. account. The customer pays no FX fees when paying in their local currency.
4. User Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide the remote access required to deliver the service and to share accurate information about the status of their devices. Misuse of the support service or disrespectful behavior toward our staff may result in service cancellation.
5. Limitation of Liability
DigitalGeniusLab LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
