Our Guarantee

At DigitalGeniusLab LLC (registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA), our main goal is your tech peace of mind. We want you 100% satisfied with our services.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to any of our annual plans to request a full refund, as long as you have not used the technical support service beyond the value of the subscription during that period.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

If during a one-off service (such as virus removal or optimization) we fail to resolve the agreed technical issue, we will refund the amount for that service or a pro-rated portion of your subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of clear abuse of the service or bad faith by the user, or when the technical fault results from defective hardware that requires physical replacement (which we do not cover).
